Identifying, researching and meeting new business customers are where recent progress has been made. An excellent example of this has been working with an award-winning project management and construction company to provide controlled access facilities.
The site is one of the UK’s leading health and beauty retailers with more than 1,500 stores nationwide. Our retailer promotes a "Modern Retail Practice" and ITABmk had to consider this with all applications.
ITABmk is well equipped and supported to enable rapid response times. The initial enquiry from the main contractor was received into the business on 8th Feb 06, we wasted no time and had a project manager surveying the site on the 10th Feb 06.
CAD drawings were prepared and ready the very next day and the quotation ready to send by 13th Feb 06. Providing a high level of service right from the start is something ITABmk strive to do on all jobs no matter how big or small. A pre-site check was performed by ITABmk on 25th March 06 as the installation was booked for the 30th March 06. On the day of the installation our project manager was there to oversee a successful installation and be on site to do the final hand over.
All in all, a very smooth installation with one of the largest high street retailers.
