The Opus is a half height rotary turnstile for internal use. The motorised mechanism allows for hands free operation but its stylish design and superior quality finish is suitable for any area where aesthetics are important.
The Opus is fitted with pressure sensors which adapt to the speed of the person passing through. The full depth arms are an added security feature but as they can be fitted with either acrylic or plate 10mm safety glass they do not feel restrictive. The drive is in the central column and ensures that no underfloor drive work is required.
The Opus is constructed of stainless steel and has a fine brushed granulation 204 finish. The infil panels are housed within 30mm fine brushed tubes and can be constructed of 10mm plate safety glass or acrylic. There is no requirement for either infra sensors or guidance barriers.
The operation of the unit is 120 degree and uses intelligent motion control adjusting to the persons individual speed.The unit is microprocessor controlled and is adjustable to all conventional reading systems. It can be controlled in either or both directions and free rotates on power failure or activation of the fire alarm. The Opus is delivered complete with control box and bi-directional unit.
