We have an extensive team of Design Engineers and Draughtsmen from all walks of life with years of experience. They are on hand here to answer any nature of electrical and mechanical questions you may have.
Right from the start of any project the Design Team are involved giving expert advice on all issues, from styling of the products to the materials used.
Working closely with Customers and the Sales Team, products are quickly modelled to present ‘rendered’ drawings to gain approval from customers.
Once approved all component details will be generated to obtain quotes and get a prototype (first off) manufactured. This prototype can be shown to the customer to gain their approval before testing trials are applied to the product.
Upon approval by the customer, and finalisation of ‘testing’ by the Design Team, a full set of the latest Technical Drawings is submitted to the purchasing department, and volume manufacture of the parts will commence.
