ITAB Shop Concept acquires Radford CGC Ltd, the leading supplier of checkouts and entrance systems in Great Britain.
ITAB Shop Concept, with registered office in Jönköping and shares subject to trading on First North has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Radford CGC Ltd in Great Britain.
Radford CGC (Customer Guidance and Checkouts) Ltd is based in Milton Keynes, England and employs approximately 80 people with a turnover of circa £15 million p.a. Radford manufactures and sells a range of entrance gates, turnstiles, checkouts, barrier systems, trolley retention systems, external furniture and protection equipment to a wide selection of industry sectors from Retail to Transport to Public Sector to Leisure and Sporting Venues.

Our main customers are therefore the large supermarket retailers as well as other non-food retail customers in DIY, electrical and other product sectors like fitness clubs, sports stadiums, museums, educational establishments and the airport sector.

A near total indoor smoking ban in England takes effect on 1 July 2007 – are you prepared?
